I was debating whether to post this on the health blog or this one, but it's a DIY--so here it is!
Do you ever wake up in the mornings knowing that you should work out, but don't really feel like it, or know what to do?
Perfect solution.
Exercise jar.
Make a cute, inspirational jar filled with exercises-- 10 burpies, 20 jumping jacks, 30 squats, etc. Whenever you need a little pick-me-up or don't want to do a monotonous workout, draw a few exercises out of the jar and make an instant circuit workout!

Supplies needed: jar, foam (or popsicle sticks that will fit), permanent marker, paint, glitter (if desired..which you should!)
